Simple Ways to Add More Movement to Kids' Daily Routines!

Hi there,

When it comes to healthy development, movement isn’t an extra—it’s essential.

Activities that combine play and movement help kids strengthen their bodies while supporting attention, coordination, and self-regulation.

Here are some of our favorite activities to get kids moving while they play...think bending, reaching, crawling, carrying and more!

Seasonal Magnet Hunt Pack

This activity set includes seasonal picture cards (leaves, snowflakes, shamrocks, flowers, and more!) along with matching pages for every season.

Laminate, cut them out, and tape a paperclip to the back of each picture so they can be picked up with a magnet wand. Suddenly… it’s GAME ON. There are SO many ways to play with these! Use them to spice up sensory bins, obstacle courses, and more!
