Hi! We’re Claire & Lauren! Welcome to The Inspired Treehouse!

Have you ever imagined something different?

Many pediatric therapists entered the field because they believed in connection, play, creativity, and helping kids grow in meaningful ways. But the reality of many therapy settings doesn’t always leave room for that kind of work.

Over the past 10+ years, we’ve heard from countless therapists who feel frustrated, burned out, overwhelmed, and disillusioned because the day-to-day realities of the job often leave little room for the connection and creativity that brought them to their field in the first place.

This is exactly what inspired us to build something different.

A model that allows therapists to practice in an alternative way using the clinical expertise they already have.

We’ll be sharing more about it soon. But first we want to ask you something.

If you could design your ideal way to work with kids and families… what would it look like?

More time to connect?
Less paperwork?
More play and creativity?
More autonomy and free time?

To help you explore that idea, we created a simple Therapist Vision & Planning Worksheet.

It walks you through a few prompts to help you reflect on what the most meaningful parts of your work with kids look like and how you might create more opportunities for that in your professional life.

📩 And then, hit reply to this email and tell us -
If you could describe the parts of your work with kids that energize you most in one sentence, what would they be?
